    • Service Validity:

      • This package entitles the customer to one (1) service per selected item within the package for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.

    • Redemption Period:

      • All services must be redeemed within the 12-month validity period. Unused services cannot be carried over or refunded.

    • Service Scheduling:

      • Customers are responsible for scheduling their services in advance. Service appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed within the redemption period.

    • Forfeiture Clause:

      • If a service is not redeemed within the 12-month validity period, it will be forfeited without any refund or compensation.

    • Non-Transferable:

      • Services included in this package are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

    • Rescheduling Policy:

      • Any rescheduled appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of that service.

    • Force Majeure:

      • The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters or emergencies.

    • Refunds and Cancellations:

      • The package is non-refundable after purchase. Cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

    • Modification of Terms:

      • The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to the customer.

    • Agreement to Terms:

      • By purchasing this package, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • The subscription is a commitment for one year.
    • In the event of cancellation by the customer, all unused services within the package will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
    • The company reserves the right to terminate the subscription for non-payment or violation of these terms, resulting in forfeiture of all unused services.
